We ran into trouble on a trip and turned to Jeff Fout at Tire City for help. He was a lifesaver. We didn't buy any tires -- or anything else -- but he and his son went out of their way to help us. We had to press him to take some money as a token of our gratitude. He made sure we had his personal cell phone number when we left, just in case we ran into more trouble on the way. These are wonderful folks to help strangers from far away who just happened to walk in their door. I can't imagine how the could have done anything more for us. These are the kind of folks I want to do business with wherever I go.
I am new to the area and was having some truck problems. I turned to the net to try and find someone that was in my area and read the review of Tire City and thought these are the people i need to deal with. The day that i needed them happen to be the day of my wedding. They took good care of me and on short notice fixed my vehicle so that i could go on my honeymoon. It took them a couple of hours to diagnose the problem and to fix the vehicle. Skip was very good and the guys were awesome. I just want to thank them for their quick and professional service.
